Intersoft Management

		Partha S. Ghosh - Chairman

		A renowned management consultant who is based in Boston, MA. As a consultant, he has served as part of the leadership in most of the fortune 100 companies on global and strategic issues. He has also served heads of state of half a dozen nations. Previously he was a senior partner of McKinsey and Company. Partha has two advanced degrees from MIT and Harvard University and completed his undergraduate at the Indian Institute of Technology.

		David Rakhit - Founder and Group CEO

		David, who has been living and working in Japan for the past 18 years, received both his MBA and Masters in Engineering & Mathematics from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, CA, USA after a short stint at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT). With his degree he has been working in both fields for over 20 years, employed by such companies as Unisys, Citibank, Reuters and Dow Jones Telerate. Within these companies, he has been exposed to multiple facets of the industry including Sales, Trade, Market Data, Technology, and Risk Management. David's experience has brought strong contacts to increase Intersoft?fs client base as well as the business skills necessary to sell Intersoft products and services. David speaks Japanese, English and Indian languages fluently.

		Thomas J Dalton -President & CEO, Intersoftkk, Inc. (US Operations)

		Tom brings over 20 years of global business experience to Intersoft with executive leadership roles at AT&T, Tyco and Honeywell. He also successfully co-founded an internet startup company (www.usbids.com) based in Florida. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC), and a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri.

		Andy Kim - Director of Product Development & Support

		Andy has 17 years of experience in the Information Technology in Financial Industry, in Tokyo and New York. Andy held executive IT management positions at some of the largest multinational financial institutions in the world, including the Head of Development at BNP Paribas Japan, and the Head of Fixed Income IT at Merrill Lynch Japan. Having lived in Japan for the last 10 years, Andy is deeply familiar with the business and regulatory practices in Japan, and the IT solutions that enterprises require in order to overcome those challenges. Andy graduated with MS in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York, and BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York. Andy speaks English, Korean and Japanese.

		Shinji Nakai - CTO

		Shinji holds a Masters degree in Engineering and an MBA from Waseda University and serves as the CTO of Intersoft. Prior to joining Intersoft, he was a project manager at a systems integration company in Tokyo. During his tenure at the Systems Integration company, he also led a new venture that gave him wide experience in both IT and Business.
