Intersoft registered its business in the year 1999 (August) in Tokyo, Japan, and started its operations in 2000 (January) as an information technology service provider. Equipped with a development center located in the silicon valley of India, Bangalore, Intersoft established its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan and has since been focusing it efforts on transaction compliance issues. .
