Intersoft KK thinks that our mission is to contribute to society by development of soft wares and other IT-related business.

It is human that our asset and the source of activity. Therefore we recognize that the protection of any personal data (include all our employees and all personal data that our clients have) is the most important social responsibility, and we declare to observe the laws, guidelines and social norms of protection of individual right, and to pursue company-wide to establish and improve the personal data protection management system.

a. We obtain the personal data within the necessary to achieve the purpose, and the purpose of use of the personal data should be specified for the profit for the person.

b. When we need to use personal data in business and must commission the business to a subcontractor, we will select a subcontractor that has enough management system that can observe our personal data protection policy, and we will supervise and manage the subcontractor appropriately.

C. We will lay out the framework to respond adequately and immediately to claim or inquiry from the person for treat of personal data.

d. We will observe the laws and social norms about protection of personal data.

e. We will revise and improve timely and appropriately our personal data protection management system based on the needs of our customers and clients or the latest IT technology.

We will distribute this policy among all our employees and release it outside organization. Moreover, we will educate and illuminate each employee to ensure the conscious for personal data protection.
