• Japanese / English – Business level
• (JLPT1, or JLPT holder with working experiences at a Japanese company and use Japanese daily.)
• Excellent Japanese/ English Writing and Speaking Skill.

Global Network Operation

• Provides professional customer support for multinational companies
• Remotely monitoring / trouble shooting global IP-VPN networks
• To proactively manage and monitor network performance on customers network round the clock (7x24) to meet customer’s service level expectations
• To systematically analyse and diagnose network faults
• Conduct root cause analysis on network fault
• To effectively manage service providers and equipment vendors
• To articulate well with customer’s technical and management staff on network issues (Fault reporting, notification and escalation)
• All customer service are done in Japanese and English, so you will be able to make use of your language skills.
