David, who has been living and working in Japan for the past 21 years, received both his MBA and Masters in Engineering & Mathematics from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, CA, USA after a short stint at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT). David obtained his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur, India. With his degree he has been working in both fields for over 20 years, employed by such companies as Unisys, Citibank, Reuters and Dow Jones Telerate. Within these companies, he has been exposed to multiple facets of the industry including Sales, Trading, Market Data, Technology, and Risk Management. David established Intersoft in Japan as its world headquarters ten years ago and has expanded to four other countries – India, Singapore, Taiwan and the US. David's experience has brought strong contacts to increase Intersoft’s client base as well as the business skills necessary to sell Intersoft products and services. David speaks Japanese, English and a few Indian languages fluently. |

After graduating from Tokyo University with a Law degree, Kashiwagi joined NTT and built foundation of NTT group global business during his 25 year tenure. During his stay at NTT, he engaged in outsourcing business, M&A including post-merger value up process. After a successful turnaround of Verio Enterprise Hosting business in NTT America, he returned to Japan. Kashiwagi then resigned from NTT and joined Polycom Japan, a NASDAQ listed company as Representative Director. He recently joined Intersoft as the President & COO and he is leading all the existing and new businesses in Japan at Intersoft. He received an MBA from UCLA in USA and is bilingual. |

Sam Jeng is an accomplished computer scientist and electrical engineer and heads the Intersoft operations in Taiwan. Sam has been at Intersoft since 2003 starting as a consulting engineer/project manager at client sites. Sam built the Intersoft Taiwan practice into a team of 15-plus consultants serving clients such as Bombardier, Burberry, Getronics, and CSC etc. among several others. Prior to Intersoft, Sam worked at Fujitsu Taiwan as an engineer from 1997 to 2000.Sam is a technical guru and has a myriad of prestigious technical certifications and competencies such as MSCE, MSCP, BSI 7799 & Trend Security Expert. Sam is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Sam holds dual degrees in Electrical engineering & Computer Science from Tung Han Institute of Technology & Chun-Hwa University. |

Tom holds an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC), and a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri. |
