CRM Developer

Job Description

  • Full Life Cycle implementation, configuration, customization, and testing of Siebel or SAP Applications.
  • Experience in Business Rule automation using a combination of available tools and scripting
  • Ability to read Functional documentation and technical designs
  • Design and Develop VB/ Java Script code for the Business Services
  • Hands on experience of Oracle or DB2 Database and Database programming
  • Create data flows to/from SIEBEL or SAP to/from other systems using XML and other middleware
  • Identify major technical risk areas, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency plans
  • This position collaborates with the Project Managers, Technical Leads, Client Business units, Production Support, QA, training, and release management. This person is responsible for implementing the CRM application

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Mathematics or Computer Science required.
  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in software development / support of mission-critical systems required.
  • Have a very strong grasp of latest CRM tools, technologies
  • Hands on experience with Siebel 7.0.3/7.3/7.5/7.7 application or SAP, mySAP
  • Hands on experience with VB, ASP, C++ or Java Scripting
  • Hands on experience with scripting of Business Services
  • Hands on experience with Database Programming concepts and Database Programming
  • Knowledge of business processes.
  • Experience with bulk data transfer tools like SQL Loader, DB2 Loader or Informatica
  • Expertise in CRM configuration and customization.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and with short timelines; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Must have strong communication skills; ability to influence peers and superiors.
  • Skills in managing multiple and often conflicting priorities.

Sr CRM Manager

Job Description

  • Full Life Cycle implementation, configuration, customization, and testing of Siebel or SAP Applications.
  • Generate high level / conceptual system integration design for functional, performance and security requirements. Translate existing integration requirements and design to 'to-be' system integration design.
  • Experience in Business Rule automation using a combination of available tools and scripting
  • Design and Develop VB/ Java Script code for the Business Services
  • Good understanding of Database and Database programming
  • Create data flows to/from Siebel/SAP to/from other systems using XML and other middleware
  • Act as mentor for CRM application programmers, staff members
  • Ability to create process documentation and training manuals for business and end users
  • Must be conversant with developing CRM Strategy for customer
  • Identify major technical risk areas, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency plans
  • Provide input for project task estimates, as requested by Client Project Managers.
  • This position collaborates with the Project Managers, Client Business units, Production Support, QA, training, and release management. This person is responsible for defining and implementing the CRM application. Reviews, approves, and implements existing and proposed application design, and generates and implements, new application design for compliance to system business process functional, performance, and security requirements.

  • Hands on experience with VB, ASP or Java Scripting
  • Good grasp of Database Programming concepts and Database Programming
  • Strong knowledge of business processes.
  • Comprehension of industry and CRM application best practices for software product life cycles and the ability to understand the impact of business decisions on technical environments erquired.
  • Expertise in CRM system requirements analysis, and all aspects of CRM application design, configuration, and customization.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and with short timelines; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and resources
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Must have strong communication skills; ability to influence peers and superiors.
  • Skills in managing multiple and often conflicting priorities. Must have proven success managing pmultiple environments.
